Medicine India is a non profit organisation based in Mumbai whose aim is to enable timely dissemination of important health information, news and advisories to as many people as possible. Medicine India currently provides information of medicines both generic and brands, medical hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, chemists, druggists, medical colleges and a lot of other related medicine directories free of cost. Medicine India collects and publishes data from openly available sources like the government, other health organisations and publicly available information from all other sources. A major part of their activities involves gathering, sorting and parsing huge amounts of medical information in order to present only the most relevant parts.
