The Healthy Family Project website is a resource for people who know they need to make fitness and nutrition a priority, but don't think they have enough time. We teach strategies for consistency, time saving cooking and nutrition tips, and a weekly meal plan with links to healthy recipes that taste great. We believe in a healthy lifestyle that isn't a burden on people who are already stretched thin. The Healthy Family project is not run by a fitness or nutrition expert, the power behind the project is a mom who wants her little boy to grow up with a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
