I created this website because of my personal struggle with low self-esteem, depression and social-anxiety. Writing about this subject is therapeutical for me. The goal of the website is to inform people about my journey and help people who are sutrggling with the same problems. I write about signs of low self-esteem, such as having a poor self image and lack of self confidence and social skills. I also write about how to raise your self-esteem and how to help a friend who is struggling with these sort of issues. I also write about my story dealing with low self-esteem.
