I use techniques that focus on making you feel accomplished, and to help you and give you an ability to feel like your own person. Stop living your life because every one else thinks that you should be doing this or that, but rather because it is what you decided. I offer a six week program, and also ongoing sessions. The first session is always free. This allows us to get to know each other and see if it is a good fit. This should be a top priority.
