I am sure many of us suffer from one or the other disease. Be it minor or major. These days most of us suffer from very common diseases like obesity. Men and women are equally obese. Do we think overweight is matter of concern? Yes it is very much. Gaining weight in excess can lead to different health complication such as heart disease. It is necessary for each individual to maintain proper body mass index ratio. Weight gain in men and women has got several reasons. But it can be controlled easily with little continuous effort and having proper diet control. Some of us gain weight due to the hereditary problems that we have in our family history. But many of us suffer due to the diet we eat everyday and the work style at office and home. Junk food or instant food is the main culprit in many cases. Much of the junk food contains a lot of unhealthy ingredients which in turn can boost the weight gain problems. Therefore we need to be cautious about what we eat. With proper diet control and exercise this can be easily controllable. Little effort is necessary to overcome this problem. Hence why can’t we schedule our diet program and exercise to overcome this problem?
