I teach the stott pilates method in my private studio on the chattahoochee river. I've been teaching for more than 15 years and have extensive experience working with injuries, athletes and joint conditions. I enjoy working with motivated individuals who want to learn more about their bodies and who will incorporate the pilates principles into their activities of daily living. I also provide instructor training services for stott pilates, both locally and internationally. I teach several courses for stott pilates as well as more than 30 workshops.
