Breaking Boundaries Personal Training is a Fitness Bootcamp and Personal Training Business Based in Bristol UK. We Specialise in Fat loss, Muscle Building, Nervous and first time exercisers, Martial Arts and Self Defence Training, Kettlebell and Suspension Trainer Training, Nutritional Planning and Fitness Planning. We are available from 6am - 10pm Monday to Friday and can train you in a city centre gym, outdoors or at your home. Our Personal Training achievements include clients losing up to 5 stone with us, clients running their first marathon and half marathons and more experienced clients taking 15 minutes off their previous personal best times in half marathon. We have trained Mixed martial arts fighters to managing directors and runners to time trial cyclist. Armed with this breadth of experience we will go through a thorough process with you to ensure we understand your situation and goals. We will then design you a fitness and nutrition plan conducive to those goals and we will then train you accordingly
